Whether you’re feeling stuck in the same argument loops, navigating a breach of trust, or simply longing to feel closer again, couples therapy offers a supportive path forward—grounded, practical, and tailored to your relationship.
You’re not a alone, and don’t have to figure it out by yourselves. We help couples communicate more clearly, repair what’s been hurt, and strengthen the bond you both want.
We use a gentle, parts-informed, attachment-aware approach with practical skills you can take home right away. In plain language: we’ll slow things down, help each of you understand what’s happening inside (so you can respond rather than react), and give you simple tools for calmer conversations, repair, and closeness.
What we focus on most often:
Most couples start weekly or bi-weekly; we’ll tailor the cadence to fit your goals and season of life.
All couples are welcome. We work with diverse couples of all backgrounds, identities, and stages of relationship. If faith or spirituality is an important part of your story, we can include it in a way that feels respectful and client-led. If you prefer a Christian couples therapy lens, we also offer that option—see Dan’s bio below.
Couples Therapist | Warm, practical, and deeply collaborative
Danielle helps couples untangle repeating conflict patterns, rebuild trust, and communicate in ways that feel safer and more connecting. Her style is calm, compassionate, and hands-on—expect clear tools, steady guidance, and space for both of you to be heard.
In addition to supporting couples through everyday struggles, Danielle has a special interest in working with step-parent families and couples in second marriages, helping them navigate the unique challenges of blending households, parenting roles, and past experiences.
She is also trained in a well-researched premarital and marital assessment tool that can be used both to prepare couples for marriage and to deepen understanding for those already married. This structured approach offers insights into your strengths, areas of growth, and practical ways to build a strong, lasting relationship.
Danielle integrates a parts-informed, attachment-aware lens with concrete communication strategies so you leave each session knowing exactly what to practise.
Availability: Monday–Thursday 10:00–2:30; select Friday evenings by request.
